February has been an incredibly busy and successful month for us - members and Head Office alike! From new branding to the roll-out of customer service initiatives, and from the celebration of member successes to commitments to social causes, The Travel Network Group is working hard to maintain its position as the largest and best independent travel network in Europe. A new brand for Independent Travel Experts
February saw the launch of a refreshed brand for our home working division, Independent Travel Experts. The sleek blue, green and grey logo represents the the brand’s modern outlook on travel sales, and the new tagline “Unrivalled personal service” reflects its focus on customer service.
The re-brand is part of a project to overhaul all Group brands, including Worldchoice, Worldchoice Plus, Travel Trust Association and The Travel Network Group itself throughout 2018.

‘Mystery shopper’ initiative now available to members
All members of the Travel Network Group can now take advantage of the Mystery Shopper initiative, available for free as part of their membership. As part of the Group’s 2018 performance improvement strategy, the mystery shopper scheme will allow members to understand how parts of the overall customer experience could be improved. Over 50 members have already signed up to be part of the scheme.

We are delighted to partner with TTG on their LGBT initiative, demonstrating our commitment to equal opportunities as well as our welcoming and open working environment. Now in its fourth year, the initiative will see us sponsoring events and activities throughout the year.
