Chief Executive Officer

Gary became Chief Executive Officer of The Travel Network Group in January 2016, after working his way up from Operations Director to Managing Director of the Travel Trust Association. He’s got ultimate responsibility for delivering on our overall strategy and the day-to-day management of everything we do for our members.
He is well-known in the travel industry, having helped to develop the first ever CAA Franchise agreement, which then formed the basis of our ground-breaking T-ATOL solution.Find out more about how Gary's team supports your business
Group Membership Services Director
"Ensuring we add value to our members' businesses is at the very heart of everything we do"
Lisa joined us in 2013 after a very successful career in travel. She has held numerous senior management positions across customer service, sales, commercial and operations, for some very well-known travel brands.
As Group Membership Services Director, Lisa looks after the relationships we have with our wonderful members. She also leads our teams involved in IT, the Search & Booking platform and our Independent Travel Experts homeworking division. Throughout her time here, she has made huge improvements to our customer service, having led implementation of our Institute of Customer Service (ICS) initiative.Find out more about Lisa's Membership Services Team
Group Finance & Commercial Director

Group PR & Communications Director
Alexis started her Travel Network Group career in 2010 as a PR consultant, before we realised we just couldn’t live without her and invited her to be our Group PR & Communications Director! Today, she looks after all our PR activities as well as our Member and staff communications. She is also responsible for producing our spectacular conference, held every 18 months.
Before joining us, Alexis spent much of her career at Thomas Cook, where she held the role of Group Director, PR & Communications for 17 years.
